Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Period:
   The competition runs from 30 January 2025 to 1 April 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
2. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to all customers of SUPERSPAR Crossing, aged 18 years or older.
   • Employees of SUPERSPAR Crossing, their immediate family members, or any affiliated parties involved in the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter:
   • Purchase any Kellogg’s Instant Noodles 5-pack from SUPERSPAR Crossing.
   • Write your name and contact details on your purchase slip.
   • Place your slip into the designated entry box located in-store.
4. Prize Details:
   • One lucky winner will receive a Mac Afric Generator.
   • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement:
   • The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by SUPERSPAR Crossing representatives.
   • The draw will take place within 7 days after the competition ends.
   • The winner will be contacted via the provided contact details. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
6. General Terms:
   • SUPERSPAR Crossing reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
   • By entering, participants agree to have their name and image used for promotional purposes without compensation.
   • SUPERSPAR Crossing is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the competition or prize usage.
   • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
   • SUPERSPAR Crossing reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.
